Using Remote Assistance to Get Help When You Need It

Remote AssistancePC remote assistance allows me to connect to your computer anywhere in the world to assist you with solving your PC problems or preventing issues by providing you with preventive maintenance. Remote Assistance provides a way for you to get the help you need when you run into problems with your computer.

Remote PC Support is real-time PC Support over the Web and Phone. It's Safe, Secure and Reliable. I provide regularly scheduled computer maintenance for businesses and individuals looking for reliable and stable computer performance. Updating, optimzing, cleaning, and patching your computers regularly actually saves you time and expense by pre-empting issues that will occur with regular computer use.

Like cars, computers run best with regular tune-ups. If you fail to maintain your car, eventually you will have serious problems or your vehicle will completely stop running. The same goes for PC's. Failure to maintain your computer's health will cause it to malfunction or completely quit working altogether. I perform PC tune-up's and take preventive measures that provide you with a stable and secure computer system. Whether or not you are experiencing difficulties with your PC, regularly scheduled maintenance is absolutely essential.

FAQ's

Is your remote software safe?
Yes, it's completely safe. Because the software installed on your computer calls my computer, there is no way a hacker can attack your computer while I am repairing it. Furthermore, all transmissions between your computer and my computer are encrypted using 128-bit RC4 encryption.

Once I install your remote software, will you be able to access my computer anytime?
Absolutely not! Your privacy is very important to me. While I am fixing your computer, you'll be able to see everything that I am doing as if I were there. And once the I have disconnected from the session, my software is automatically uninstalled and completely removed making it impossible for me to connect back to your computer without you beginning another session and reinstalling my software.

Will you be able to access my files without my knowledge?
No! You will be able to see everything I see and do. As mentioned above, once I am finished the software will automatically uninstall itself making the ability of your computer requesting help from myself impossible without you beginning another session and reinstalling my software.

I'm skeptical. What if you can't fix my problem to my satisfaction?
The concept of having your computer fixed remotely is new to home users, although many corporate IT departments have been doing this for years. The fact is that there are only a few types of problems I cannot fix remotely, mainly hardware problems. If I am unable to fix your problem to your satisfaction, you will not be charged and I'll give you advice on how best to fix your problem.

I have a firewall. Will I have to turn it off?
No. I wouldn't want you to compromise your computer's protection. This is precisely why my software installed on your computer calls me. This way, you never have to configure and compromise your firewall. Some firewall software however will ask you to permit my software to access the Internet (and call me). This is ok, and is just like allowing Internet Explorer to access the Internet.

I'm using a dial-up connection. Can you still help me?
Yes. My software is designed to maximize connectivity with minimal bandwidth. In rare cases, if your connection is too slow or you are using a satellite system I will likely experience too much delay to be able to provide service. If you think your connection is too slow, I am always happy to try and see how it goes.
